Federal, state and EU bodies fund the digitalisation of small and medium businesses – often as a direct grant (you get part of your costs reimbursed), sometimes as a low-interest loan or subsidised consulting. Which programmes are currently running, and who qualifies, changes constantly. That's exactly what I check for you – and, if you like, handle the application.

Federal government
Nationwide programmes for the digitalisation and consulting of small and medium businesses – sometimes a grant, sometimes subsidised advisory work.
Rhineland-Palatinate
The state's own programmes and consulting subsidies for businesses in the Trier region – often combinable with federal funds.
EU / ERDF
European structural funds channel money into regional digitalisation. Distribution usually runs through state agencies.
Luxembourg
Businesses in Luxembourg have their own digitalisation funding with their own conditions and application routes.

Do I really get money for free?
With a grant you get part of your costs reimbursed – you don't pay that back. With subsidised loans you pay less interest. Which form applies to you depends on the programme and your project.
Is it worth the effort for a small business?
Often yes – consulting and digitalisation funding is made precisely for small businesses. I take most of the paperwork off your plate so the effort stays manageable.
Do you help with the application itself?
Yes. I don't just check eligibility – on request I prepare the documents, guide the application to approval and handle the final proof of use.
What if there's no suitable programme right now?
Then I tell you honestly. We can still tackle your project or wait until a suitable programme reopens. I keep an eye on things and reach out when something comes up.
Does this also apply to businesses in Luxembourg?
Yes. Luxembourg has its own digitalisation funding. Since I work on both sides of the border anyway, I check the right route for you – whether Trier or Luxembourg.
