Hi, I'm Tolga.
I'm Tolga Güneysel, founder and managing director of smugo GmbH from Trier. There's no anonymous agency construct behind smugo and no machine rotating contacts in the background – behind smugo there's a real person. And that person is me.
When you work with smugo, you work with me. I think that's exactly what you should be able to feel on a page like this one – so here I'll tell you what drives me and what you can expect from me.
My why
For me, technology isn't just a job – it's a passion.
Web, scaling and above all data – I want to understand how something really works, and then get the most out of it. That's the drive I bring to every project.
For me, good results don't happen by chance. My standard isn't to make something “okay”, but really good – and that only works through structure and honest work. I'd rather deliver clean and transparent than loud and arbitrary.
This attitude is the core of smugo. It's in every website, every campaign and every analysis that carries my name.
